RETURNS
IMPORTANT:
Webshop order returns from outside EU need to mention explicitly:
"WEBSHOP RETURN" on the return label and customs documents
If the order does not meet expectations or if there is a change of mind about the purchase, the client must inform Cipriani as soon as possible. For a full refund the goods must be returned undamaged within 14 days of delivery and not have been used or worn. We strongly advise the use of one of the following procedures when returning items:
* Only when You made an account when ordering, go to cipriani-online.com/shipping-returns and use your order details to log in. Select the products you wish to return and ship your item(s) to the return adress under here
* Ship by post or courier (which one your prefer) your returns to Cipriani and after reception we will arrange a refund or exchange.
Refunds will be made within a maximum of 7 days. Any costs made returning merchandise to Cipriani will not be reimbursed by Cipriani.
If an item exchange is required this will be despatched/shipped within a maximum of 2 days after receipt of the returned undamaged item.
